As part of an extension/expansion of its activities in the Paris region and to better meet his customers’ needs on building sites, a Luxembourgish industrial requested our support for the conception and  implementation of a complete logistics solution including:

• End-to-end operational management of the flow
• Supply of the required containers 
• Container loading and shunting on customer site in Luxembourg
• Maintenance and damage repair for the containers
• Container unloading & loading in the case of damage
• International rail traction between loading point in Luxembourg and the destination rail terminal in the Paris region

The good cooperation between our different entities as well as the diversity of the activities offered by our group enable us to provide a global logistics solution to the customer. This solution has been put in place with a limited number of contact points while maintaining reactivity and service quality, which represents a competitive advantage.

As part of redeployment of its activities, a major  industrial group requested our support to analyse its logistics flows and assess the possibility to integrate multimodal transport. 
The close cooperation with our experts enabled us to propose a global solution, including the transport operations and all services along the supply chain, and to optimize each step of this chain. 
These activities include intra-ports, road and rail transports, quality control of the products, storage, product preparation and finally the delivery “just in time” on the site -  summarizing thus our motto “ECOlogistics for our future”.
