Paris 2024: CFL multimodal and Cimalux are part of the game

Today marks the start of the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. In collaboration with Cimalux, a Luxembourgish cement manufacturer, CFL multimodal is playing a key role in this sporting event. In preparation for the Olympics, Cimalux has had the honour of supplying cement for the construction of various sections of the Paris metro as well as the Adidas Arena (FR).

Inauguration of Luxembourg's first hydrogen refueling station, in Bettembourg

On September 26th, François Bausch (Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Mobility and Public Works), Claude Turmes (Minister for Energy), Joëlle Welfring (Minister for the Environment, Climate and Sustainable Development), in the presence of representatives of CFL multimodal, TotalEnergies Marketing Luxembourg, WaterstofNet and the European Commission, inaugurated the first hydrogen (H2) refueling station in Luxembourg, located in Bettembourg.

Installation of the 3rd gantry crane

Künz’s automated crane is part of the new generation of gantry cranes and is 100% remote operated. It also has a fully integrated spreader system equipped with piggyback legs to ensure safe handling of intermodal units. With the additional crane, we can handle more volume for our customers.
